For new as well as experienced Social Security attorneys, cross-examination at hearings can make a difference in your cases. How can I better prepare for cross-examination? This program, condensed from a four-part national seminar series, outlines methods to prepare for and carry out effective cross-examination of medical and vocational experts at Social Security hearings.

Andrew Kinney is an attorney with Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik, PLLC (HoglundLaw.com), a multi-state law firm based in Minnesota with an active Internet presence. He has practiced Social Security Disability Law for 20 years, and is a chair of the MSBA's Social Security Disability Law Section. A frequent legal speaker at local, regional, and national levels, he is currently engaging discussion on groundbreaking consumer protection legislation and ethical guidelines for Internet legal marketing in Minnesota.
