Environmental Requirements for Construction Projects Update

Event Description

Deadline to Register: October 2, 2015

Headline:  “US EPA pollutes Colorado River.” Problems in their own house have caused Environmental Regulatory Agencies new enforcement initiatives with a new focus on construction projects.  These changes include the new Federal Water Rule, Endangered Species, Construction Stormwater, Erosion Control, Hazardous Materials, Wetlands and Mitigation, Fish and Wildlife issues.   This new focus is clearly demonstrated by recent enforcement initiatives at both the State and Federal activities.  The program will provide updates on these topics and additional matters to help counsel provide the most up to date information for advising their clients along with an opportunity to ask questions on new procedures and rules.

Lunch and registration will begin at noon. The program will begin at 12:15.
