Please join Professors Daniel Gifford and Robert Kudrle
from the University of Minnesota to discuss their new book, The
Atlantic Divide in Antitrust: An Examination of US and EU Competition
Policy,
which
explores similarities and differences in antitrust law and policies between the
U.S. and European Union. Topics will include cartels, monopolization and
predatory pricing, exclusive dealing, and how each entity developed its policies
on those issues.
Lunch will be provided. Special meal requests need to be received
no later than Monday, October 5.
