Deadline to Register: Thursday, May 21, 2015
Please join the MSBA Consumer Litigation Section at our
annual meeting CLE entitled, "Appellate Perspectives on Consumer Litigation,"
featuring Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lorie Gildea. The Chief
Justice will discuss her judicial perspective on consumer law cases and recent
decisions by the Court, and will also be available to answer audience
questions.
The Consumer Litigation Section strives to
provide current and relevant information to Minnesota lawyers practicing in the
field, and serves as a liaison with other parts of the MSBA, the judiciary, and
the public on consumer financial litigation-related issues and activities.
The Consumer Litigation Section aims to elevate the practice of law – in both
state and federal courts – regarding consumer transactions, and to provide a
forum for dialogue in this important area among plaintiff counsel, defense
counsel, in-house counsel, regulators, and the judiciary.
Section Annual
