a wonderful opportunity to network with your colleagues in the Section.

David L. Lillehaug:
The Persistent Problem of Unpublished Opinions.
Justice David Lillehaug will discuss the issues with unpublished opinions,
the history of the unpublished opinion statute and rule, and how unpublished opinions affect petitions for review to the Minnesota Supreme Court.

the Pot Roast, please register for "in person" attendance. If you would
like the Pasta Primavera, please register for "remote"
attendance.
