Deadline to Register: Friday, May 29, 2015
The
Minnesota Administrative Procedure (MAP) treatise of former Administrative Law
Judge George Beck has been updated and is scheduled to be published in
electronic format this spring on the William Mitchell website. Editors
George Beck and William Mitchell Professor Mehmet Konar-Steenberg will provide
an overview of the development and operation of this free authoritative resource
on Minnesota administrative procedure, and the Administrative Law Section will
recognize the volunteer editors that participated in updating MAP. Hamline
Professor David Schultz will review the significant federal and Minnesota
administrative law cases decided in 2014, and former Assistant Attorney General
Jocelyn
Olson
will review the principal administrative law legislation introduced in
the 2015 Legislative Session.
Breakfast
will start at 7:30 a.m., followed by the section's annual meeting at 7:45
a.m. As part of the
annual meeting, the section will elect new officers and council members for the
2015-2016 term.
Special
meal requests need to be received no later than Friday, May 29.
