focusing on in this area
• how banks and other companies share
information with their competitors in the area of cyber security and how this is
allowable under the antitrust and other applicable laws
• the relationship between companies
and their outside counsel with respect to cyber security and how the current
state of cyber security has changed the expectations of security measures
outside counsel must have in place in order to properly safeguard the sensitive
information they house on behalf of their clients.
