Panel discussion focused on nuances of working with clients from other cultures – essentially a tips and traps presentation. Panelists will share guidance and personal anecdotes about the importance of cultural competence when serving a diverse client base. Suggestions may also be offered about how to broaden cultural awareness.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
