practicelaw.org, the Minnesota State Bar Association's most popular online service, is a member-only web site that provides practitioners with practice resources, forms, and other tools compiled and contributed by attorneys practicing in eight substantive areas of law: family, real property, probate, guardianship/conservatorship, civil litigation, appellate practice, criminal, and labor and employment. In addition, the site contains Practice Management tools, such as trust accounting guides and marketing materials that can be tailored to one's practice. practicelaw's staff and attorney editors continually add and update materials on the site.
