Magnuson to Keynote VLN Picnic September 2

Former Chief Justice Eric Magnuson is slated to be the keynote speaker for the event, which will raise funds to support VLN’s mission to promote access to justice by providing legal services to low-income people through volunteer attorneys.

Festivities will get underway with a cocktail reception from 4:30–6:00 p.m., followed by dinner and program from 6:00–7:00.

Free trolley service will be available to transport guests between Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis and the Pavilion during the event.

Tickets are priced at $100 per person with special discounts available. Public interest attorneys, judicial officers and staff, attorneys who have been licensed less than five years, and attorneys who have volunteered at VLN for more than 20 hours in the past 12 months may purchase tickets for $35 each.
