  MSBA Approves New Civil Trial Specialists The MSBA Civil Trial Certification Board has approved three new Certified Civil Trial Specialists: Jerome Feriancek Jr., Paul McEllistrem and Louis Jungbauer. Some 326 attorneys are now certified under the program. Specialists have their entitlement to the credential assessed by passing a day-long examination, documenting the breadth of their experience over at least five years of extensive civil trial practice and being specifically nominated by their peers in the civil trial bench and bar for good character, knowledge and above average skills in civil trial expertise. |
