City of Minneapolis Ethical Practices Board 

The City of Minneapolis is currently seeking applicants for a vacancy on its Ethical Practices Board.  The vacancy is for a term beginning upon selection and expiring on January 01, 2020.  The purpose of the Ethical Practices Board is to promote high ethical standards and conduct, and to foster a healthy ethical culture throughout Minneapolis City government.  The Board has an investigative, advisory and educational role related to the administration of the City’s Ethics Code.  The vacancy announcement, which describes the Board and its functions in greater detail, can be found at:

 As noted on the vacancy announcement, Board members must either be residents of the City of Minneapolis, or an officer or director of a business or organization that pays property taxes to the City.  The deadline for application is Friday, February 3, 2017.
