Annual Meeting and Election Results
The Section’s Annual Meeting was held on May 17, 2023 and 63 people attended. The Section voted to approve revisions to the Bylaws, including a name change of the Section to Energy & Public Utilities Law.

As part of the Bylaws revisions, the Section adopted an Equity Statement.
Other Section Accomplishments
The Section Council had extremely successful CLE events this year with high attendance numbers at all events. Section membership remains strong with increased interest from new attorneys and law students. The new Section name: Energy & Public Utilities Law promises to increase new membership by clarifying the focus of the group.
