Minnesota's new wage theft law took effect
July 1, 2019. The Minneapolis Wage Theft ordinance will be effective January 1,
2020. Why were these new laws passed? What steps must employers take to comply
with these new laws? What has been, and will be, the focus of the government
agencies responsible for addressing compliance with the wage theft laws? These
questions and others will be addressed by the knowledgeable group of
presenters.
