A. Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board — The terms of Christopher Cain, Blue Earth County, and Stuart Williams, Hennepin County, expire on January 31, 2013. Mr. Cain has served one term and is eligible to serve an additional term. Mr. Williams has served two terms and is not eligible to serve an additional term.
Qualifications and Interest Statements have been submitted by Christopher Cain, Blue Earth County, Gene Hoff, Hennepin County, Daniel Kelly, Hennepin County, and Robin Wolpert, Ramsey County.
B. State Board of Legal Certification – The term of Candace Dale, Ramsey County, expires on January 1, 2013. Ms. Dale has served one term and is eligible to serve an additional term.
A Qualifications and Interest Statement has been submitted by Candace Dale, Ramsey County.
C. Southern Minnesota Legal Services Board – The term of Thomas Hatch expires January 1, 2013. Mr. Hatch is eligible to serve an additional term.
A Qualifications and Interest Statement has been submitted by Thomas Hatch.
D. Minnesota CLE Board – There is one year remaining in the term of Mike Ford. Dyan Ebert has been nominated to complete the term
