Help keep the state’s preeminent legal association vibrant and strong by joining the MSBA Membership Committee!
Without members, there is no MSBA. We need your insights and passion to ensure YOUR association will be there for future generations of Minnesota’s attorneys. This is a great opportunity to take pride in your profession and pay it forward.
- Purpose: The Membership Committee evaluates and makes recommendations related to the value of MSBA membership, our dues structure and member categories. Committee members serve as MSBA ambassadors to current members and prospects by voicing the benefits and values of membership, building relationships with new members and capturing member feedback to help craft and refine our member experience.
- Outcome: Increase the value of the MSBA to its members in order to retain current members and recruit new members.
- Time commitment: Monthly one hour meetings (MSBA office or via telephone), plus occasional attendance at MSBA events.
To volunteer, contact Gerry Ford, MSBA Marketing Director at firstname.lastname@example.org or 612.278-6337.

The committee will continue to focus upon increasing the
value of the MSBA to its members to both retain existing members and
recruit new members. Particular focus will be given to solo and small
firm practitioners, public attorneys, and new lawyers.
