This presentation will cover the changes to Juvenile Protection cases in light of the 2015 amendments to Minnesota's court rules, which were effective July 1, 2015. It will detail how information filed with the courts will be segregated into public and confidential documents and forms. The rules will change every step of the court process, including how judges prepare their orders.
