Stay on
top of new developments in Minnesota construction law by joining us for the 2015 Annual
Case Law Update. We'll discuss key cases from the Minnesota Supreme Court,
Minnesota Court of Appeals, and federal courts on construction law. Once again,
Stinson Leonard Street will distribute an Annual Case Law Update containing summaries
of practically every Minnesota State and Eighth Circuit construction case issued in
the past year and provide an excellent overview of the
construction cases issued in the prior year. The Annual Case Law Update is one of
the most anticipated events of the year for the Construction Law Section and
shouldn't be missed.
Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. The
program will begin at 12:15 p.m.
