Event Description
Deadline to Register: November 11, 2015
Multi-party Construction cases
can be some of the most difficult cases to present,
mediate and resolve. The combination of multiple parties, multiple claims,
contractual defense or indemnity issues and insurance coverage disputes can challenge
even experienced construction lawyers and mediators. In this session, two blue chip
construction mediators will offer their insights and advice for lawyers and mediators on
how to best present and resolve these complex cases.
Lunch and registration will begin at noon. The program will begin at 12:15.
All proceeds from this CLE will be donated to The Food Group (formerly Emergency
Foodshelf Network). If you would like to make an additional donation,
please visit their website: http://thefoodgroupmn.org/.
