Please join the ADR Section for an ADR CLE
and networking event focused on the past, present, and future of the profession.
During the CLE, a panel of current ADR practitioners will share their
experiences moving from law school into their careers, explaining how they
incorporate ADR skills and training into their current practices. The networking
session will provide law students and new lawyers an opportunity to interact
directly with the panelists and other ADR practitioners in
attendance.
A brief section business meeting will be
held at Noon followed immediately by the CLE presentation from 12:15-1:15 p.m.
and networking from 1:15 – 1:45 p.m.
Lunch will be provided. Special meal
requests need to be received no later than Thursday, October 8.
An expense reimbursement form will be available for students in
attendance who want to apply for parking reimbursement.

Debra Heisick, General Counsel and Mediator/Aribtrator at State of
Minnesota Dept of Labor & Industry
David Lauth, Senior Associate General Counsel, Employment Law,
UnitedHealth Group
Additional panelists will be announced as they are
confirmed.
