This program focuses on cyber
security issues. The panelists discuss:
• hot topics in the area of
cyber security and specifically what banks, the government and other companies
are focusing on in this area
• how banks and other companies
share information with their competitors in the area of cyber security and how
this is allowable under the antitrust and other applicable laws
• the relationship between
companies and their outside counsel with respect to cyber security and how the
current state of cyber security has changed the expectations of security
measures outside counsel must have in place in order to properly safeguard the
sensitive information they house on behalf of their
clients.
