While comprehensive immigration
reform may have receded into the background with the 114th Congress, there are
still some important proposed legislation and President Obama’s executive
action. This CLE explores current legislative issues and proposals, analyzes
the constitutionality and legal arguments surrounding DAPA, anticipates the
