Deadline to Register: July 13, 2015
Until May 2015 all states except Minnesota had some form of
protection of custody and parenting time agreements for deploying members of the
Armed Forces. Minnesota recently enacted the Uniform Deployed
Parents Custody and Visitation Act. This not to be missed presentation
will discuss this ground breaking legislation, and what it means to service
members, family law cases, and the lawyers who have
a custody or divorce case involving someone in the military.
Lunch and registration will begin at
11:45 am. The program will begin at approximately 12:00 pm.
