This CLE provides participants
with information about the transgender student community in Minnesota.
Presenters explore current topics, such as the Minnesota High School League
Transgender School Athlete Vote. They also cover common legal issues associated
with transgender students in Minnesota schools and existing legal remedies,
including: the Safe and Supportive Schools Act, Title 9 and Title
7.
