DHS Disqualifications – From initial notice to the Court of Appeals

Deadline to Register: May 13, 2015

This session will walk through the appeal process for a disqualification by the Department of Human Services.  The panel will discuss how to help your client deal with disqualification and will cover reconsideration requests, set asides, waivers, administrative hearings and appeals.  The panel will include representatives from DHS and MDH.

Lunch and registration will begin at 12:00 p.m. The program will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m.
