What do you need to do to create a record for appeal, and how much is enough?  A panel of experienced appellate attorneys will discuss the problems that most often arise on appeal and how to structure your case before the district court to avoid them.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at noon.
