Deadline to Register: March 11, 2015
This CLE will provide participants with information about
the transgender student community in Minnesota. Presenters will explore current
topics, such as the Minnesota High School League Transgender School Athlete
Vote. They will also cover common legal issues associated with transgender
students in Minnesota schools and existing legal remedies, including: the Safe
and Supportive Schools Act, Title 9 and Title 7.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. The Program will begin at Noon.
