Event Description
Deadline to Register: Friday, April 10, 2015
In
first party insurance cases, appraisal is a limited form of arbitration which
resolves the value of the claim. Recent decisions from trial courts, the
court of appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court have drastically changed the
impact of this contractual form of ADR. Sauro & Bergstrom will
highlight these cases and discuss their practical impact on insurance litigation
and claim
resolution.
A brief section business meeting will be
held at Noon followed immediately by the CLE presentation.
Lunch is not provided but please feel free
to bring your own!
MN Find a Lawyer and Colleague
Directories: The MSBA recently launched two enhanced
membership directories: MN Find a
Lawyer and
Colleague. These are opt-in directories; attorney members need to log-in
and create a profile.
On
Tuesday, April 14 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., a photographer will be in the MSBA
office to take free digital headshots.
Use your new digital headshot to include on
