personal decisions for a ward and examines relevant case law, including recent
cases regarding end-of-life care for a ward (In the Matter of Guardianship of
Tschumy, _____ N.W.2d _____, (Minn. 2014)) and whether a ward can get
married (In the Matter of Guardianship of
O’Brien, 847 N.W.2d 710, (Minn.App. 2014).
