Investigator Training - Pregnancy Leave and Accommodation Update

During this session, learn about the current and evolving state of the law under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Women's Economic Security Act.  In addition to discussing what has changed and what has not, hear the presenters' views of Young v. UPS (argued to the Supreme Court on December 3, 2014) concerning whether, and in what circumstances, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act requires an employer that provides work accommodations to non-pregnant employees with work limitations to provide work accommodations to pregnant employees who are "similar in their ability or inability to work."

Breakfast and registration will begin at 8:30 am. The program will begin at 9:00 am.
