Deadline to Register: March 23,
2015
You’ve been to our trial school and are a dogged litigator.
But what about everything else? Come learn from our experienced presenters
and how they handled everything before and after a trial. You’ll learn
about bail, release conditions, investigating your case, motion practice and contested issues, plea negotiations, an update on pertinent changes to Minnesota law (including the post-Bernard DWI landscape), sentencing, and more! Our annual trial school is in May, but attend this program to get prepared for everything else. You will leave with skills and tactics you can use with your clients the next day!
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
