Deadline to Register: April 27, 2015
This CLE will consider claims that employees may have
against their employers for retaliation, as well as a variety of common law tort claims that are relevant within the employment context. The CLE will introduce participants to a subset of relevant employment law topics while providing guidance on issue spotting, remedies and client resources/ referrals in order to comply with ABA model Rule 6.1: Voluntary Pro Bono Public Service. Lunch will be provided.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at noon.
