This seminar is
designed to provide practitioners with a framework for understanding the Clean
Water Act’s regulatory program, with special attention to recent developments
under jurisdictional determinations for tributaries, wetlands, and other waters.
The course will provide practitioners with grounding in the basic substantive
law and practice issues as well as an understanding of the controversial new
“waters of the United States” rule and its impact to the rural and agricultural
regulated community.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30. The program will
begin at noon.
