Journalist and
lawyer Marcia Coyle will share her thoughts on the U.S. Supreme Court. She
has written an award-winning book, The Roberts Court
, analyzing how that Court has addressed the law in four
key areas. Marcia will discuss the Court and share how her views have been
buttressed or been changed since 2013 when her book was
written.
Our event will take place in the Ramsey courtroom -
formerly a federal trial court room - in the historic Landmark
Center.
Speakers:
Marcia
Coyle is the Chief Washington Correspondent for the
National Law Journal, and a regular guest on the PBS Newshour. She is a long-time
and astute observer of the U.S. Supreme Court. Her book on the Roberts Court
has received rave reviews. Marcia has an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern
University, and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
