BROWN BAG LUNCH

Understanding how the law you do know intersects with the law you don't is a primary challenge for most practitioners. We'll take a look at how to use new tools in Fastcase 7 to effectively map a network of legal issues starting with just the facts. We'll explore this version of 'advanced issue spotting' using the examples of Airbnb, the Super Bowl, and video games.

Speaker:

Mike Carlson, Attorney Editor, MSBA. Mike served 10 years at Thomson Reuters as a Reference Staff Attorney where he performed legal research, analyzed feedback, and provided trainings. Mike now serves the online services team at the Minnesota State Bar Association
