in every contract. Intergovernmental contracts will be discussed in
addition to contracts with private entities. Get practical tips for managing
risk through insurance and indemnification requirements. Understand what
types of insurance should be required including minimum limits. Gain insight
into problem areas. Know what to look for when reviewing certificates of
insurance. Session handouts will include a contract checklist with sample
insurance provisions, indemnification language and other practical
advice.
