Client Communication - Managing Client Expectations

Claude E. Ducloux, Board-Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law and Civil Appellate Law, and former Grievance Prosecutor for the State Bar of Texas (also licensed in CA and CO) and former Chair of the Texas Center for Legal Ethics will present a 60 minute power point covering the most significant areas of grievances against lawyers and how a practicing attorney can manage those situations to avoid grievances.
