Emily is the founder of CyberSmart® Law, a specialized law firm focusing
on the needs of small and medium-sized companies in the
areas of legal data protection obligations, data risk and
breaches, and protection of trade secrets. Emily consults with organizations to
understand their vulnerabilities and compliance gaps, and take steps to mitigate their
risk of experiencing data breaches, business interruption, or insider theft. Emily is an
adjunct professor, teaching cyber-security law at the University of Minnesota Law School, and teaching
data breach liability and cyber-crimes at the Mitchell Hamline School
of Law Cybersecurity and Information Privacy Certificate
Program.
Kris Krishnan | Integrator, Networked Guidance 2.0

Kris is an international
leader and visionary who sets the course for organizational growth and
transformation. He has had over 35 years of experience in Corporate America
including over 15 years in the C Suite. His experience includes being Chief
Strategy Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and finally Chief Financial
Officer. Kris’s career has been shaped by a strong business acumen and
excellent financial stewardship; he is calculative and methodical in assessing
risk and opportunity. During times of organizational change, Kris excels at
identifying growth opportunities and restructuring organizations to improve
profitability and increase enterprise valuations.
Adam Sartor | Services Manager, NG2
Adam Sartor is an IT professional with 14 years of
experience in the industry. He currently works as the services manager at NG2
and is responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to their customers.
Adam has worked in all levels of the IT organization and has a broad technical
background. Prior to holding the services manager role, Adam was a consultant
and provided hands-on support and configuration of servers, systems, and
networks.
Eric Simmons | Senior Vice President, Christensen
Group
Eric has spent his career in
the insurance industry specializing in the areas of Directors & Officers,
Employment Practices, Fiduciary and Professional Liability, including Cyber and
Data Privacy Liability for clients ranging from small non-profits to fortune 500
companies. In 2007, Eric joined Christensen Group to grow its Executive Risk
and Professional Liability practice. Eric takes a consultative approach to
working with clients on how to most effectively mitigate risk, manage cost and
proactively forecast based on each client’s unique
exposures.
