), temporary restraining orders and preliminary
injunction motions, civil jury trials, the role of the magistrate judge, electronically
stored information (ESI), and expert testimony.
Registration and lunch begin at 12:00 p.m. and the
program starts at 12:30 p.m. All
attendees can check-in at the reception desk on the fourth
floor.
