Event Description
Deadline to Register: October 18, 2016
Lawyers who work in non-legal capacities, such as those employed as advisors by
banks, accounting firms and investment firms, strive to assist clients with tax and estate
planning without crossing the line into giving legal advice. But how do you
avoid crossing a line you can’t see? Join us for a discussion of the
difficult situations non-practicing lawyers face and the strategies for avoiding
an allegation that you were practicing law.
Co-Sponsored by the
Probate & Trust Law Section.
