This 60-minute webinar examines why fixed
fees are important to clients for measuring the value of all expenditures. This
importance of fixed fee billing requires the legal industry, using the billable
hour for well over 100 years, to change their mindset. Why are law firms
reluctant to establish fixed fees and how do they overcome these fears? We’ll
highlight the benefits for the law firm to switch to fixed fee billing along
with the tools required to profitably estimate the fixed fee. After firms feel
comfortable and start using fixed fee billing, they can then analyze what
matters are most profitable and learn how to establish fees for the highest
profit margins.
