Join the
MSBA Assembly at its September meeting for this timely CLE:
Program Description
Legal technology and court priorities
have changed, sometimes displacing the traditional attorney-client practice
model. New apps, legal web sites, and self-help services have given rise to new
market forces, empowered consumers, and disrupted the way lawyers have
traditionally done business. National legal futures expert and veteran criminal
and civil trial lawyer Fred Ury will explain what displacement technology is
being used today, how it has affected the practice, and the need for all lawyers
to adapt. A panel from Minnesota will also describe displacement innovations
with Minnesota connections.
