Governmental Immunity 101

Immunity is important to understand for virtually all government lawyers because of its broad impact on diverse areas of government practice and decision making.  This CLE will provide an overview of Minnesota immunity laws that impact state and local governments and identify areas in which government lawyers should consider the impact of immunity in their work.

This is a brown bag session; no lunch will be provided.
