on litigation, data practices and the attorney/client privilege. Walk away with
a practical understanding of the issues.
• Understand
how the Data Practices Act intersects with litigation and the rules of
discovery.
• Understand
the attorney-client privilege for in-house agency counsel. Explore how
agencies can preserve attorney-client privilege with their in-house counsel, and
best practices for doing so.
