Chief Judge Tammy Pust and Cyndi Jahnke of the MN Department of Human Resources will lead this discussion on litigation, data practices and the attorney/client privilege.  Walk away with a practical understanding of the issues.

       • Understand how the Data Practices Act intersects with litigation and the rules of discovery.

       • Understand the attorney-client privilege for in-house agency counsel.  Explore how agencies can preserve attorney-client privilege with their in-house counsel, and best practices for doing so.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:45 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
