The Comprehensive Environmental Response
Compensation and Liability Act, also known as Superfund, recently turned
thirty five. Superfund, a product of a lame duck Congress, is arguably one of
the most important and vexing environmental laws ever passed. Join us
for a special CLE event that will look at
its origins, the law’s key elements, how Superfund affects current corporate
behavior and real estate practices, and how will shape the future. We
are assembling a panel of experienced practitioners to address these topics and
more. Afterwards, join us at the Local for the section’s annual
happy hour.
