The Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct provide a roadmap for the ethical obligations for all attorneys.  As many estate planning practitioners know, our practice is ripe for ethical violations resulting from conflicts.  Join us as we discuss the nuances of client confidentiality, multigenerational representation, joint representation, attorneys serving as Trustee, representing businesses and their owners, and recent cases addressing these issues in the estate planning context.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
