Andrew Rosa, a Trial Attorney from the Antitrust Division’s Chicago Office will give a presentation on antitrust criminal enforcement with a focus on the leniency program, what to do if your client tells you they know about a price fixing conspiracy, how investigations are done, and how DOJ works with foreign competition authorities.

Lunch will begin at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.  Special meal requests need to be received no later than Tuesday, February 23.
