Associate Justice David Lillehaug of the Minnesota Supreme Court will present on Minnesota’s 45 years of experience with Alford/Goulette pleas, including developments in the case law and the number and types of offenses generating these types of guilty pleas.  A panel of experts will respond and offer perspectives on the issues surrounding Alford/Goulette pleas.

Lunch will be available at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
