Deadline to Register: February 29,
2016
You’ve been to our trial school and are a dogged litigator.
Or better yet… you’re new to the criminal practice, and a seminar on what’s what
would be helpful. Do you realize just how much is happening, in even the seemingly simplest of
cases? Come learn from our experienced presenters and how they handled
everything before and after a trial. You’ll learn about bail, release conditions,
investigating your case, motion practice and contested issues, plea negotiations, an update on pertinent changes to Minnesota law (including the post-Brooks DWI landscape), sentencing, probation practice, and more! Our annual trial school is later in the Spring, but attend this program to get prepared for everything else. You will leave with skills and tactics you can use with your clients the next day!
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
