Deadline to Register: January 25, 2016
Why are clients and regulators worried about vapor intrusion? How do
you determine if water is safe to drink? What level of cleanup is needed
at brownfield and Superfund sites? Will groundwater use affect lake
levels? How can juries and regulators understand large amounts of
technical data? Join us for a 2 hour CLE that will look at the
environmental science behind some of the current regulatory and legal challenges
facing environmental attorneys and other practitioners. This CLE will
address risk assessment, the science behind vapor intrusion and vapor migration,
groundwater and surface water interactions and the use of big data. We
have assembled a panel of scientists and attorneys will address these topics
and explore how lawyers, scientists and engineers can work together to
help clients.
